Jesuit priest, Michael Joncas composed this hymn in 1976 for a friend whose father passed away unexpectedly. It has brought comfort to people all across the globe. I composed this paraphrase in honor of my sister who was lifted up in prayer while undergoing cancer treatment. We rejoice in her healing today. Janet offers this piece for lever harpers in two different keys:
