Max Reger ((1873-1916) was a German composer, organist and teacher. Evening Song, “Abendgesang” Opus 17, no. 11 is one of 20 short pieces for piano from his collection, “Aus der Jugenzeit”. Janet found this work to be pleasantly harpistic and has transcribed it for pedal harp. A lovely piece for many occasions! Arrangements by Janet Witman.
