Twinkle Variations ala Mozart (Solo)
$9.00
Harp Solo for Pedal or Lever (5 Pages)
The English children’s song, “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” originated as a pastoral lovers folk song in 1740. It was published in 1761 as “Ah, vous dirai-je, Maman” (Mother, If I could tell you”) and became very popular among musicians. Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) composed a theme and variations for piano that is still very popular today. Janet has composed her own variations in the style of Mozart for harp; playable on pedal and lever harp. Great for recitals and for teaching musical concepts and technique.
Arrangements by Janet Witman.
